ARCHITECTURAL ASSOCIATE

1) Possess a recognised Architectural degree and preferably a Qualified Person registered with the Singapore Board of Architects and with Green Mark certification for Architect.

2) Minimum 3 years relevant experience.

3) Experience in handling projects from concept to construction.

4) Liaise with consultants on matters of design & technical co-ordination site issues.

5) Work closely with the project team in the co-ordination, organization & preparation of construction documents & drawings.

6) Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or within a team in a proactive environment.

7) Contract administration.

8) Be familiar with prevailing regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice.

9) AutoCad and BIM knowledge will be an advantage.
