Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Associate based in Singapore. Key responsibilities include developing architectural and interior designs, producing detailed construction drawings and models in both Autocad and Sketchup and managing projects. The applicant will be trained in authority matters and be involved actively in submissions to the various government agencies. The role involves working collaboratively with clients, contractors, authorities and consultant teams to ensure delivery of high-quality architectural projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and expertise in creating detailed Construction Drawings
• Experience and high proficiency level in Autocad and Sketchup software is required
• Knowledge of Submittals processes and related documentation requirements
• Strong Project Management skills to oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Familiarity with local Singaporean building codes and regulations is an advantage
• Passion for contemporary design and a keen eye for detail
