Architectural Associate

Job Description

• Conceptualizes concept and schematic designs.
• Carries out feasibility studies and presents design proposals
• Prepares tender documentation, schedules and material specifications
• Liaises and discusses project-relevant issues with clients
• Oversees progress on-site work and resolves any arising issues
• Ensures design quality and authority compliance
• Liaise with the clients, other consultants and local authorities.
• Work with the relevant parties in the authorities submission, project execution, coordination and on-site construction supervision

Job Requirement

• Minimum Degree in Architectural and must be recognized by Board of Architects Singapore
• We welcome fresh graduates, candidates with only Part 1 are welcome to apply.
• Ability in using computer-aided design such as AutoCAD, REVIT, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Google Sketchup and Microsoft Office, etc.
• Good project management skills, excellent communication and coordination skills and great conceptualization and presentation skills
