Architectural Associate

Roles & Responsibilities

• Liaise with external consultants and clients on delivery of design
• Conceptualize concept and schematic designs
• Liaise with Government Authorities on Project execution and Delivery
• Project Management and Coordination
• Monitoring of project progress and site inspections
• Work with project architect on all matters pertaining to design, technical compliance and building code / regulations
• Submission to authorities

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor in Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD and architectural softwares, including 3D rhino, Houdini etc.
• Able to multitask and project manage a team of designers and subcontractors
• Possess creative design thinking and excellent design detailing skills
• Good team player and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, meticulous and detail oriented
