Our client, a renowned Architectural firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as an Architecture Associate ( Healthcare).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Senior Architectural Designer in delivering projects from concept design through to completion
• Participate in design development, presentation materials, and technical documentation
• Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and finishes to maintain design quality and intent
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with approved plans
• Perform QA/QC checks to uphold high design and documentation standards
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and authority submission requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
• 35 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project delivery
• Familiar with local authority submissions and regulatory requirements
• Exposure to Healthcare, Hospitality, or Institutional projects will be advantageous
• Proficient in BIM and design tools (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Suite)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates who are registered or pursuing architectural licensure are encouraged to apply

• Location: Central
• Working hours: Monday Friday, Office Hours
• Salary: up to S$6,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
