My client is looking for an Architectural Associate to support planning and delivery of large commercial building projects. The role focuses on project scheduling, coordination, and ensuring smooth execution across all phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement standardized project control frameworks to manage timelines and ensure ontime delivery.
- Prepare and maintain the Master Time Programme and detailed schedules for all assigned projects.
- Manage detailed construction schedules with contractors to support accurate progress reporting for internal teams and clients.
- Support project teams in assessing extensionoftime (EOT) claims and validating supporting documentation.
- Lead planning input for change management (design, scope, schedule adjustments) to safeguard project timelines and performance.
- Establish reporting cycles and prepare progress reports, highlighting key issues for management, clients, and project teams.
- Attend meetings and assist the Senior Manager (Contracts & Claims) as required.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 6 - 8 years of experience in the construction industry (experience with large commercial, institutional, or complex building projects preferred).
- Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and conflictresolution skills.
- Able to make informed, riskbased decisions and work well in fastpaced environments.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
