As a Architectural Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Support the delivery of projects within scheduled timelines and allocated budgets, ensuring compliance with client briefs and regulatory requirements
  • Manage involvement across multiple concurrent projects, from conceptual design through to completion, under the guidance of senior team members
  • Contribute to the preparation of project documentation including BIM model development, regulatory submission drawings, detailed and construction drawings, clash detection coordination, and as-built records
  • Coordinate and process regulatory submissions, ensuring all required forms, drawings, and BIM models are accurately compiled and submitted liaise with relevant authorities on submission matters under senior supervision
  • Support adherence to established company workflows and standards, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the project team
  • Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster long-term collaboration and partnerships

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture from a recognised institution by Board of Architects.
  • Proficiency in Revit modelling, 3D modelling, and rendering
