Architectural Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination with Architects and Interior Designers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and timely progression of work
• Responsible for project shop drawings and detailed construction issues
• In charge of all drawing development required for the project
• Prepared detailed as-built/shop drawings for submission and interior fit-out works
• Maintains, updates and makes amendments to drawings as needed
• Performs site checking to ensure proper dimension, connection and detail for fabrication
• Ensures the drawings comply with specifications and company standards

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in hospitality.

Skills:

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
