Job Summary

Lead design, execution, and management of architectural projects while collaborating effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution phases of architectural projects to meet client requirements and project goals
• Manage project workflows and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
• Interface professionally with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to facilitate clear communication and project alignment
• Utilize ArchiCAD and Photoshop software to develop and refine architectural designs and presentations
• Apply local architectural knowledge and experience to comply with Singapore regulations and standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 1 year of local architectural experience in Singapore
• Graduation from a university recognized by the Singapore Board of Architects

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in ArchiCAD and Photoshop software for architectural design and visualization
