Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Conceptualizes concept and schematic designs.
- Carries out feasibility studies and presents design proposals
- Prepares tender documentation, schedules and material specifications
- Oversees progress on-site work and resolves any arising issues
- Collaborate with clients and consultants in design reviews
- Work with the relevant parties in the authorities submission, project execution, coordination and on-site construction supervision
- Ensures design quality and authority compliance
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
- Preferred candidate with similar working experience in Singapore
- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
- Good project management skills, excellent communication and coordination skills and great conceptualization and presentation skills
- Strong flair for design using computer-aided design such as AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Google Sketchup and Microsoft Office
- Able to communicate in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking client / supplier / contractor)
