Job Description

Job Description:

  • Assist the Architect/Architectural Associate in his/her duties.
  • Prepare plannning applications and other regulatory applications for approvals.
  • Assist in the detailed design process.
  • Prepare and update tender documentation and construction drawings.
  • Liaison with relevant authorities/technical departments to obtain statutory approvals/clearances.

Requirements:

  • Possess Architectural Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architectural Technology.
  • 0-2 years related experience.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore by-laws and building regulations
  • Revit/BIM skills required.
