Job Description
The Architectural Coordinator is responsible for managing and supervising all architectural works on site to ensure high-quality finishes and compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all architectural finishes works on site.
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Plan and execute architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Architect, Structural, M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) staff members, and sub-contractors to resolve architectural or design-related issues promptly.
- Ensure the quality of work and compliance with safety regulations and relevant codes.
Job Requirements
- Education: Minimum a Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in local architectural works.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the CONQUAS quality assessment scheme is preferred.
- Skills & Attributes:
Strong leadership and coordination skills able to lead teams and work independently.
Good communication skills for liaising with consultants, contractors, and site teams.
