To lead the design, planning, and implementation of our organization's IT architecture strategy.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the overall technology landscape and aligning IT infrastructure and solutions with the organization's strategic goals.
Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise architectures to meet business needs.
Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies, including cloud-based solutions and microservices, to enhance business capabilities.
Work closely with senior leadership to align technology strategies with business objectives and drive innovation across the organization.
Oversee system integration and ensure seamless communication between various IT systems and platforms.
Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in system design and architecture.
Manage risks, compliance, and governance processes related to IT architecture and infrastructure.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT architecture, or a similar senior role.
Proven expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), microservices, and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
Strong experience with enterprise application design, integration patterns, and large-scale system architecture.
Deep understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance processes in enterprise environments.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across business units and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
