Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Assist architects in developing architectural concepts, design proposals and project documentation.
• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, plans, elevations and details using AutoCAD, Revit or other relevant software.
• Assist with 3D modelling, rendering and presentation materials for design proposals.
• Support the preparation of submission drawings and documentation for relevant authorities.
• Conduct site visits, site measurements and assist with site inspections when required.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.
• Assist with material selection, specifications and design research.
• Revise drawings and documentation based on project requirements and feedback.
• Ensure drawings and documents are accurate, updated and properly organised.
• Perform other architectural and project-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Architectural Studies or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper, 3D Max, Lumion or Adobe Creative Suite will be an advantage. Word, Powerpoint, Excel.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings, design principles and construction documentation.
• Creative, detail-oriented and disciplined.
• Able to manage and cope with multiple deliverable deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and take instruction.
