About the role
We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our team at Chen Wa Landscape Pte Ltd, based in the Bukit Batok West region. In this role, you will contribute to the design, coordination, and implementation of architectural and landscape related projects, supporting our mission to create functional, sustainable, and well crafted built environments. This full time position offers the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, gain hands on project exposure, and further develop your expertise in architectural design and project delivery.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting the development of architectural and landscape design solutions, contributing ideas and inputs from early concept stages through to final delivery.
- Assisting with design conceptualisation and preparing drawings, plans, graphics, specifications, reports, and other project documentation.
- Ensuring all drawings and documents are produced in accordance with established standards, formats, and workflow procedures.
- Preparing design materials across various project phases, including concept, schematic design, design development, budgeting, and tender submissions.
- Collaborating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve design issues, manage submissions, and support site implementation.
- Tracking project progress and assisting with coordination tasks to help ensure work is completed on schedule and in line with contractual requirements.
- Participating in project, technical, consultant, and tender related meetings when needed.
- Applying strong technical skills and sound project management practices to contribute to successful project outcomes.
What we're looking for
- Degree in architecture, architectural technology, landscape architecture, or a related field.
- 3 years of relevant experience in architectural design, coordination, or project delivery.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, materials, and documentation standards.
- Ability to interpret site conditions, analyse information, and translate concepts into practical, buildable solutions.
- Good communication and presentation skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and external partners.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn, contribute, and grow within a dynamic team environment.
