Job Description

  • Possess a recognized diploma/degree in Architecture with at least ten years of relevant construction experience.
  • Being registered with Singapore Board of Architects would be an advantage.
  • Lead architecture design and execution throughout the project cycle.
  • Ensure project is built according to design plans and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants and stakeholders to ensure that the building plan meet the necessary building codes and regulations.
  • Ensure key deadlines are met.
  • Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices.
  • Competency in authority requirements and submission procedures.
