Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and experienced architects to join our team. You will work independently, communicate effectively, and collaborate with the team. Support Senior Architect in design and project management across diverse projects while contributing your expertise.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project team members to ensure project alignment and progress
• Administer contracts, lead project meetings, and supervise construction sites to ensure compliance and quality
• Apply knowledge of local building codes and regulations to maintain project compliance
• Use design software such as AutoCad, Sketchup, and Photoshop to develop architectural plans and presentations
• Manage design and project tasks independently to meet deadlines and project goals
• Support Senior Architect in design development and project management activities

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in architecture
• Proficient in local building codes and regulations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Master in Architecture, Bachelor in Architecture, or equivalent tertiary qualifications in architecture
