About the Company
Our client is an established Singapore construction group with more than three decades of track record. It delivers residential, institutional and industrial building projects, and is well known for quality and for its early use of prefabricated construction and digital building methods. The Group has a large, stable workforce and a long record of industry awards.

The Role
We are partnering with an established Singapore construction group to appoint an Archi Supervisor. You will run the architectural works on project sites across Singapore. You lead and check the subcontractors, solve technical issues with the main contractor and consultants, and keep quality, cost and safety under control.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely completion of project schedules.
- Motivate and control the workforce to perform assigned tasks effectively.
- Enforce adherence to procedures, standards and guidelines, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
- Verify that subcontractors execute work accurately according to approved shop drawings, technical submissions and checklists.
- Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues with main contractors or consultants.
- Implement and monitor work safety and environmental procedures on site.
- Manage cost and quality control to minimise wastage and rework.
- Assist in preparing working drawings, as-built drawings and O&M manuals.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.

Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience working with subcontractors in building construction.
- Able to collaborate effectively with peers and subcontractors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, applied in project coordination.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Proactive and resourceful in solving problems.

What's on Offer
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to 12pm.
- Permanent, full-time role at project sites across Singapore.
