ARCHI - QUANTITY SURVEYOR

• Procurement for architectural works, external works and civil works
• Tender process to select a suitable subcontractor/supplier
• Management and coordination with a subcontractor/supplier before commencement of project at site
• Monitoring of material orders and deliveries
• Evaluation for a subcontractor's claims of a variation and an additional work
• Assessment of a subcontractor's monthly interim payment
• Contractual practice for a subcontract
• Main Contactor's variation claim
• Discussing with engineers to achieve the Main Contractor's claim
• Coordination with a subcontractor and internal organization
• Following instructions given by Project Control Team Management for smooth execution of the project works and achievement of Project completion

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Able to work professionally and independently with minimum supervision
• At least 5 - 10 years of working experience in the role of Quantity Surveying for construction firm, building projects
• Fluent in English
