Responsible for submission of architectural samples / shop drawings / catalogues & technical literature to the consultant for approval, and keeping track of all approvals, feedback / comments of the consultant for subsequent processing, as appropriate
Ensures all architectural queries and discrepancies are put up and resolved in writing via the issue of Request For Information / Request For Approval
Prepares and issues shop drawings / as-built drawings to the consultants for approval, and such approved drawings to the site for construction.
Works closely with the structural and M&E trades for the effective execution of interface responsibilities and associated works
Submits method statements of specialist sub-contractors, if any, to the QEHS section for its evaluation and corresponding QEHS inputs prior to approval by consultants
Controls the registration and distribution of architectural construction drawings and revisions, if any
Properly trained in impact/risk assessment and management Programme.
Manage all workers on-site, ensuring proper execution of project operations
Provide regular feedback on staff and team performance
Coach and guide workers
Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced.
