Review,prepare,coordinate,discuss and resolve with Clients/Consultants/Project Team/Subcontractors for project specifications,project management and technical issues.
Coordinate all archi drawings and works,prepare,submit and update shop drawings
Material requisition,carry out works scheduling,cost control,project supervision and documentation and ensure timely and smooth progress of works.
Ensure quality of works is achieved and comply with safety regulations
On site supervision and coordination with subcontractors
Requirements:
Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering
Minimum 3 years relvant experience in supervision of architectural works
Able to lead and work independently
Good communications skills and able to interact with people of all levels and teamworks
