Key Responsibilities
Design & Technical Coordination
- Review and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications
- Identify design conflicts and liaise with consultants and contractors for resolution
- Ensure compliance with project design intent and construction standards
Project Support
- Monitor progress of architectural works on-site and report deviations
- Assist in preparing method statements, technical reports, and schedules
- Support site inspections and quality control activities
Documentation & Records
- Maintain records of drawings, revisions, and approvals
- Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and handover documentation
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, and other disciplines
- Attend project coordination meetings and provide technical input
- Support senior architectural staff in design optimization and value engineering initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in construction projects
- Knowledge of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction methods
