ArcGIS Developer

Hiring: ArcGIS Developer | Singapore

We are looking for an experienced ArcGIS Developer to join a Singapore-based project and work on enterprise GIS applications, geospatial data, automation, and modern GIS technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain GIS applications using ArcGIS API for JavaScript, ArcGIS Experience Builder, ArcGIS Web AppBuilder and ArcGIS SDKs
• Develop APIs and microservices supporting GIS workflows
• Build custom GIS tools, widgets and workflows
• Develop responsive web and mobile GIS solutions
• Integrate GIS applications with enterprise systems
• Work with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Server, Portal, Data Store and Workflow Manager
• Perform ArcGIS platform administration, security hardening and role-based access control
• Monitor, tune and optimize GIS platform performance
• Design enterprise geodatabases and spatial data models
• Develop GIS automation solutions using Python, ArcPy, FME and GeoPandas
• Integrate GIS platforms with Generative AI solutions such as Azure OpenAI and Copilot-based assistants
• Implement automation and DevSecOps practices
• Work with Utility Network, Trace Network, Linear Referencing Systems and Asset Management GIS models
• Develop AI/GeoAI-driven GIS solutions and apply machine learning to geospatial use cases

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with ArcGIS / ArcGIS Enterprise
• ArcGIS API for JavaScript
• ArcGIS Experience Builder / Web AppBuilder
• ArcGIS Server, Portal and Data Store
• Python / ArcPy
• GIS application and API development
• Geospatial data modelling and analytics
• Enterprise GIS architecture and administration
• Experience with GIS automation and integration
• Knowledge of Utility Network / Trace Network / Linear Referencing
• Exposure to GeoAI, Machine Learning or Generative AI is an advantage

Preferred

• Experience working on Singapore Public Sector / Government GIS projects
• Experience delivering enterprise GIS modernization initiatives
• Experience improving GIS platform scalability, security and performance
• Experience implementing AI/GeoAI-based GIS automation
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure, utilities or asset-management GIS
