Demonstrate strong technical arboriculture knowledge, effective communication, organisational skills, and broad expertise in plant diversity and landscape design.
Inspect and assess tree and plant health, identifying early signs of disease, pest infestation, structural defects, or decline, and recommend appropriate treatment and mitigation measures.
Conduct Level 1 - Visual Tree Assessments on a quarterly basis, documenting defects, potential failures, and recommended risk mitigation actions.
Perform Level 2 - In‑Depth Tree Assessments where Level 1findings indicate defects or higher risk, providing detailed analysis and corrective recommendations.
Carry out monthly general tree inspections to monitor overall health, dead branches, and emerging issues requiring attention.
Maintain accurate assessment reports and work closely with clients, supervisors, and site teams to ensure timely communication and effective implementation of recommendations.
What You'll Need:
Diploma in Horticulture / Landscape or its equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
ISA certified Arborist, preferably with Tree Risk Assessment qualification.
