Duties / responsibilities
1. Monitoring daily communications and queries
2. Preparing Purchase Order based on documents
3. Preparing vouchers / journal entries for approval
4. Working with Excel, preparing necessary statements
5. Stock control, incoming / outgoing materials and reconciliation
6. Day to day routine activities like filing arrangements as & when required
7. Knowledge of AutoCount accounting software is an added advantage
8. Assisting in AR / AP related works
9. Any other ad-hoc duties from time to time
10. 3 Days work (8:30am - 6:00pm )
11. Able to start work immediately
12. Preferably bilingual - Mandarin & English / A Can-do attitude. Mandarin speakers prefer
