Application System Engineer

We are looking for a Engineer / Senior Engineer role to manage a suite of corporate systems and websites as part of Talent Outreach systems within the HR Excellence & Learning cluster to assist the System Manager in the daily operations (including enhancements, operations and support for existing systems, integration and interface touch points) within the Talent Outreach domain which includes, but are not limited to, talent outreach systems and internet websites to realise a future-ready, multi-disciplinary and high-performance workforce.

• Perform the role of Engineer for a suite of systems managed in HR Excellence & Learning cluster.
• Work with multiple stakeholders on thedelivery of systems management and timely completion of upgrades or changerequests.
• Perform service management activities suchas the review of logs, align and streamline O&S processes (e.g. SOPs),compliance operations etc for the systems managed.
• Align practices across projects/systems managed to optimise and strengthen IT delivery or sustainment.
• Recommend approaches to manage the commonly found issues and system management challenges across systems managed to improve IT continuous delivery efficiencies.
• Knowledge in IT IM8 policies, System Operations and Support and public service sector system management and compliance.
• Have prior strong and relevant experience in system management role or equivalent in MINDEF or public service environment is preferred.
• Have experience managing and working with SaaS products will be an added advantage.

Job Title: Engineer / Senior Engineer

Contract Duration: 24 MONTHS

Location (Nearest MRT): Redhill MRT Station

Salary package: $5,000-$6,250
