Job Description

Responsibilities

  • . Provide L2/L3 application support for critical enterprise platforms.
  • . Manage incidents, service requests, and production issues within SLA timelines.
  • . Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams/vendors.
  • . Monitor application health, execute daily checks, and support production stability.
  • . Handle production deployments, data fixes, and operational support activities.
  • . Communicate incidents and technical issues clearly to business and operations stakeholders.
  • . Drive automation, process improvements, and knowledge documentation.
  • . Support release activities, disaster recovery exercises, and major production events.

Required Skills & Experience

  • . 4+ years of experience in Application/Production Support.
  • . Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • . Hands-on experience with SQL, Unix/Linux, Microservices, and CI/CD tools.
  • . Exposure to monitoring and automation tools.
  • . Ability to manage incidents in high-pressure environments.
  • . Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business users.
  • . Experience supporting financial or transactional systems is an advantage.
