Responsibilities
- . Provide L2/L3 application support for critical enterprise platforms.
- . Manage incidents, service requests, and production issues within SLA timelines.
- . Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams/vendors.
- . Monitor application health, execute daily checks, and support production stability.
- . Handle production deployments, data fixes, and operational support activities.
- . Communicate incidents and technical issues clearly to business and operations stakeholders.
- . Drive automation, process improvements, and knowledge documentation.
- . Support release activities, disaster recovery exercises, and major production events.
Required Skills & Experience
- . 4+ years of experience in Application/Production Support.
- . Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- . Hands-on experience with SQL, Unix/Linux, Microservices, and CI/CD tools.
- . Exposure to monitoring and automation tools.
- . Ability to manage incidents in high-pressure environments.
- . Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business users.
- . Experience supporting financial or transactional systems is an advantage.
