Application Support - Java Full stack

Job Description

Experience: 5 years of experience in a related software engineering job experience, or tier 2+ customer or application support role.

Skills needed: Artificial Intelligence, Cassandra, Core Java, Full Stack-Java, Japanese, Machine Learning, MySQL, Oracle, PL/SQL Splunk, Unix Shell scripting, Unix/Bash

Coding experience in Java and familiarity with related frameworks.

Experience with SQL and leveraging databases for data analysis.

Experience in ITIL practices, including incident, problem, and change management.

Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk) and similar observability platforms.

Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and provide weekend coverage as needed.

Japanese language proficiency is an added advantage, as the role involves interaction with Japanese clients
