Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle escalated tickets from L1 support, performing in-depth troubleshooting of complex application issues.
- Collaborate closely with development and engineering teams for issue resolution.
- Support web applications built on microservices architecture, including deployment and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Maven).
- Administer relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and PL/SQL.
- Manage enterprise job scheduling using Control-M.
- Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Assist with cloud environment support (e.g., GCP) where applicable.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in application support or software engineering.
- Experience providing L1 & L2 technical support in enterprise environments.
- Experience working with relational databases ( Microsoft SQL Server , Oracle Database & Plsql).
- Strong experience with Unix/Linux skills and shell scripting.
- Solid knowledge of Java, Spring, REST APIs, and SQL.
- Good understanding of microservices architecture and web application troubleshooting
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven) and deployment practices.
- Experience working with Control-m tool. An understanding of the ITIL framework and processes for Incident, Problem, Change management.
- Experience with cloud environments (GCP).
