Our client a Chinese Tech Company based in Singapore is seeking an Application Support Engineer to join the team. You'll be providing technical support on several applications - identification/diagnosing bug fixing and reviewing code. You will be also working closely with the Engineering Team & Senior Stakeholders who are based in China, so experience in speaking Mandarin would be a plus.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Provide Application Support - 1st Line of Support for Engineering Team, Bug fixing & Reviewing code.
- Work closely with the Technical Team including Product Managers/Engineering/Developers and review/update technical documentation.
- Work under SLA & KPI within a Ticketing System & Provide status update + manage all task/jobs
Job Requirements:-
- 2-4 year experiences in Application Support, QA,
- Python - able to review code & basic scripting
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment - supporting high volume of escalations
