Application Support Developer (Java & .NET)

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues across Java and .NET-based systems
• Monitor application performance and ensure system stability and availability
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution and enhancements
• Support deployment activities and environment management
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
• Document issues, solutions, and best practices in knowledge repositories
• Participate in team discussions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide support and guidance to stakeholders and internal teams

Required Skills

• Strong working knowledge of Java
• Hands-on experience with .NET Core / .NET Framework
• Familiarity with Spring Boot
• Proficiency in JavaScript
• Experience with SQL Server and database concepts
• Understanding of Entity Framework (Code-First approach preferred)
• Basic understanding of application support processes (incident, problem management)
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker and containerization
• Exposure to AWS or cloud platforms
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of application remediation or production support environments
