An advanced Cyber Security firm based in Singapore is expanding and are now seeking experienced Cyber Security Application Support Engineers (up to senior level) to troubleshoot and resolve Global Security Software.

We are actively and urgently seeking for cyber security professionals to join this growth and expansion in Singapore.

The Opportunity:

You will receive comprehensive training from global security software principals to bring you up to speed on current projects and innovative technologies.

Major security projects are currently underway with a large pipeline of long-term projects.

What we look for:

• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of cyber security
• Has gained experience in an SOC environment or at least to have an understanding of an SOC environment
• You can demonstrate an understanding of some security tools such as EDR, EPP, DLP, SIEM, IPS, NG FW, UEBA or similar
• Demonstrate experience in carrying out L1 and L2 support
• An ability to troubleshoot, alerts, analyse logs and plan for upgrades of security solutions
• Knowledge and understanding of security products such as Securonix, Crowdstrike, McAfee suite, QRadaror other security software welcomed
• Experience in managing, setup advanced configuration and fine tuning of solutions
• Able to collaborate with engineers to upgrade and maintain cyber security solutions
• Strong with documentation activities
• Ability to work independently on projects, project management, problem solving and ability to communicate well
• Role based in Singapore
