Application Support & Maintenance
- Provide end-to-end support for web and mobile applications built on Drupal, Flutter, Laravel, and other frameworks.
- Monitor application performance, resolve incidents, and ensure minimal downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and collaborate with engineering teams to implement long-term solutions.
- Handle API-related issues, database queries, and integration troubleshooting across multiple systems.
Enhancements & Deployment
- Support application updates, patching, configuration changes, and deployments using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, and GitLab pipelines.
- Assist in application migration, redesign, and feature enhancements, including Drupal-based corporate and content-heavy websites.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during release cycles and ensure smooth deployment of web and mobile features.
Technical Troubleshooting
- Manage technical issues involving PHP/Laravel, Node.js, REST APIs, Flutter/Dart, and frontend languages (HTML5, CSS3/Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery).
- Resolve server and infrastructure-related issues involving Docker, AWS/GCP, Nginx/Apache, Redis, MySQL/PostgreSQL.
- Perform log analysis, debugging, and version control management using GitHub/GitLab.
Stakeholder & Client Coordination
- Work closely with business users, testers, and product teams to understand and resolve functional and technical issues.
- Provide documentation, knowledge transfers, and support for onboarding new projects.
- Ensure timely communication and status updates for ongoing tickets and enhancements.
