Responsibilities:
- responsible for using your analytical skills to provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
- Leverage your expertise in Vizor (COTS product) and Microsoft SQL Server to ensure seamless application maintenance and support.
- Expected to build Knowledge and support the team. Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Support Vizor upgrade, fix issues encountered if any, support workflow deployments, and support issues with submissions process.
- Provide application support for data platforms applications, understanding data lineage and troubleshoot data issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects to identify avenues of improvement and come up with automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues with COTS products within a reasonable timeframe.
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree / Master in IT / Computer Science with 1-2 years experience
- Experience in Python, Vizor, Microsoft SQL, Tableau, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Firebase, Node.js, Express
- Have good Microsoft SQL Server TSQL skills to debug issues with incoming data to support application functionality and business operations.
- Have fundamental understanding of ITIL processes for incident, service request and change management.
