Application Support Analyst (Java, Spring, Maven, ETL)

Role Summary

We are looking for Mid to Senior Level Application/Production Support Analyst.

You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization's Master Data Management (MDM) platform, ETL workflows, and data pipelines. The role ensures data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery to downstream systems, with an emphasis on real-time data availability and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in Application Support / Production Support
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience working with Postgres and Oracle RDBMS.
• Solid software development experience in Java, including frameworks and tools such as Spring and Maven, gained through multiple data-related projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience diagnosing and resolving data and system issues.
• Collaborative and proactive learner with a positive working attitude.
• Willingness to participate in 24x7 on-call support and to support scheduled activities during weekends or public holidays when required.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD workflows, and GitHub.

• Experience working with BMC Control-M for job scheduling.

• Hands-on experience operating in Linux environments.

• Exposure to AWS technologies.

• Prior experience within the financial services or investment industry is an advantage.
