Job Advertisement: Application Support Analyst (Landscape Projects)
Salary : $3600- $4200
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for smart landscaping applications and systems (irrigation, lighting, IOT platforms)
- Troubleshoot issues in automation systems, sensors, controllers, and connectivity problems
- Monitor application/system performance to ensure smooth operation, up time, and data accuracy
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover of smart landscaping systems
- Maintain system logs, incident records, configuration changes, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for project delivery and issue resolution
- Assist in resolving operational issues affecting field and application systems
- Assist in budgeting, cost monitoring, procurement schedules, and resource planning
- Support procurement and vendor coordination for system upgrades or replacements
- Provide technical input for selection of IOT devices, automation platforms, and system improvements
- Support implementation of system updates, change requests, and corrective actions
- Assist in tender preparation and other project-related documentation as required
- Perform ad-hoc technical and operational tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Mathematics, or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in application support, technical support, or project coordination roles
- Strong understanding of sensors, embedded systems, and control systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand project documentation
- Basic understanding of project workflows experience in construction or landscaping industry is an advantage
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in both office and site environments
- Willingness to work on shift basis and extended hours if required
