Job Description
- Provide first and second-level support for business-critical applications within the technology department.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues in a timely manner to minimise disruptions.
- work with internal teams to ensure seamless application performance and functionality.
- Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and resolution processes for future reference.
- Assist in application upgrades, testing, and deployment tasks as required.
- Identify and escalate recurring issues to improve system reliability and performance.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours work when necessary.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Application SupportAnalyst should have:
- A strong background in application support within the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing efficient solutions.
- working with business-critical applications in a technology environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
