Job Description & Requirements
- Leverage minimum 20+ years of IT experienceto lead and manage end-to-end delivery ofmajor Core Banking and Wealth Management projects.
- Apply expertise intechnical design, solutioning, and product implementationacross large-scale projects.
- Ensuresuccessful deliveryof projects on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Managesenior stakeholder relationships, including steering committees (STCs) and executive reporting.
- Overseeproject financials, ensuring accurate forecasting and tracking against actuals.
- Provide leadership acrossmatrix team structures, ensuring collaboration between cross-functional teams.
- Ensure adherence toSDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologiesas per project needs.
- Apply deep understanding ofTemenos T24 Core BankingandTemenos Wealth Suiteto solution design and delivery.
- Stay updated onemerging technology trends in bankingand apply them to solutioning and transformation programs.
- Mentor and guide project managers, business analysts, and delivery teams to ensure execution excellence.
- Proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with optimal solutions.
