Perform day-to-day operations and maintenance of the bank's application systems, including deployment, configuration, monitoring, incident handling, and problem resolution.
Support production releases, system upgrades, and change implementation, ensuring strict compliance with the bank's change management and approval processes.
Monitor application availability, performance, and capacity, and respond promptly to alerts, incidents, and service degradation.
Collaborate with development teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors to conduct incident investigation, root cause analysis (RCA), and remediation tracking.
Participate in the implementation, testing, and continuous improvement of high-availability and disaster recovery (DR) solutions, ensuring compliance with defined RTO / RPO requirements.
Develop and maintain operational documentation, including SOPs, runbooks, and contingency procedures, to support standardized and auditable operations.
Provide technical support for internal audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance assessments by preparing system logs, change records, and operational evidence.
Contribute to automation and operational efficiency initiatives by introducing scripting, tooling, and standardized processes.
Participate in on-call rotation and provide 7×24 production support as required.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in application operations, system operations, or production support, preferably within a financial institution or large-scale enterprise environment.
Strong sense of responsibility, risk awareness, and the ability to work in a highly regulated production environment.
Experience in supporting and implementing automated operational and maintenance procedures for banking clearing and settlement systems, with hands-on exposure to platforms such as eGiro, Cheque Transaction, Credit Bureau, and AXS considered an advantage.
Solid working knowledge of Linux / Windows Server operating systems, with basic troubleshooting capabilities.
Familiarity with production deployment, release management, and change control processes, including rollback and version management practices.
Scripting capability using at least one language such as Shell, Python, or PowerShell for operational automation.
Basic understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools, with the ability to analyze system and application issues.
Fundamental knowledge of high-availability, load balancing, and disaster recovery architectures.
