Application Engineer (SQL / Industrial Engineering / Semiconductor))

Responsibilities

• Main technical contact between technical team and customers, responsible for software deployment, technical support, troubleshooting, training and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Support projects from planning and deployment through to customer support.

• Work with customers to troubleshoot technical and process-related issues.

• Support IMS software implementation, testing, QA, and deployment.

• Provide customer training and technical demonstrations.

• Collaborate with consulting, software development and sales teams.

• Gather customer feedback and communicate requirements for product enhancements.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing/assembly.

• Familiarity with Industrial Engineering concepts.

• Strong SQL and database knowledge.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in process control, software deployment, factory scheduling or external sensors is a plus.
