Job Description

Just Talent Pte. Ltd is recruiting an on behalf of our client, a provider of industrial analytical instrumentation. You'll work with an experienced product management team and help manufacturing customers in Singapore integrate, trial and troubleshoot process analysers.

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide technical and application support to process analytics customers in Singapore.
Work with the sales team and external vendors to integrate process analysers into customer operations.
Conduct site visits to diagnose and troubleshoot analyser issues.
Set up on-site equipment trials and review the results with customers.
Prepare and deliver technical and product training, both in-house and at customer sites.
Develop technical materials to support the sales team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, postgraduate diploma, professional degree or equivalent qualification in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Engineering with a focus on Water Treatment, or an equivalent field.
1-3 years of relevant work experience.
Interest in analytical instruments and how they are used in manufacturing.
Ability to work with customers, colleagues and vendors and explain technical information clearly.
