- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for semiconductor equipment, assisting customers and internal service engineers.
- Conduct system performance testing, software validation, and optimization to ensure reliable and high-performance operation.
- Manage customer-specific projects, including planning, testing, and preparing technical documentation.
- Develop training materials and technical guides provide feedback to engineering teams to support product improvement.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in semiconductor device manufacturing processes, quality control, and optical inspection systems.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, optical inspection, and equipment operation.
- Familiarity with servo/electrical systems, sensors, and troubleshooting PC hardware/software programming skills (C++, Python, C#).
- Ability to work cross-functionally, and willingness to travel internationally.
