- Carry out machine assembly, setup, calibration, and final equipment checkout.
- Perform module alignment, vision alignment, and system calibration to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation systems, including electrical, servo, sensor, and pneumatic components.
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, and provide on-site technical support locally and overseas when required.
Requirements:
- Nitec in Engineering or equivalent
- At least 1 year of mechanical alignment, motor tuning, or vision systems experience in Semiconductor/Automation Industry.
- Proficient in machinery automation, including electrical, servo, sensor, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
