Application Engineer (Automation)

- Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Monthly Salary: Base up to $4500 + Allowance + Variable Bonus (VB)

Responsibility
- Manage and provide support across the full range of automation products distributed
- Deliver presales and postsales technical support by analyzing customer needs and recommending solutions
- Prepare and present technical proposals, documentation, and solution recommendations tailored to customer requirements
- Respond to customer queries and technical issues through email, phone, or onsite visits
- Conduct product training sessions and live demonstrations to showcase capabilities and applications
- Collaborate with the sales team and technology partners to strengthen customer relationships and drive continuous improvement
Requirement
- Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Industrial/ Mechatronics or related Engineering field.
- No experience is welcome to apply as training will be provided
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
