APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

.Lead enterprise application development, implementation and technology transformation across Banking, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, Data & Analytics and AML platforms.

.Oversee end-to-end application delivery covering solution design, development, migration, testing, deployment, Hyper Care and production support.

.Provide technical leadership for enterprise applications including PeopleSoft, Murex, OPICS, Sophis, Sabre, AXIOM and Norkom.

.Manage Finance technology programmes including General Ledger, E-Procurement, T&E, Billing, Contract Management and GL Enrichment solutions.

.Lead application architecture, technology evaluation, POCs, hackathons, RFQs and RFPs for enterprise technology solutions.

.Manage application quality, performance, technology governance, risk management and continuous improvement across global environments.

.Lead and manage technology teams across Singapore including senior resources and vendor teams.

.Partner with CIO, CFO, C-suite executives, business stakeholders and enterprise architects to deliver strategic technology initiatives.

.Drive application modernisation, Data & Analytics/AI adoption, operational efficiency and business benefits.
