Job Description

Primary Purpose

To design, develop, implement, and support ServiceNow solutions that meet operational and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Understand business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.

  2. Advise on technology adoption and propose integration strategies to deliver a holistic solution.

  3. Design, develop, configure, test, implement, and maintain ServiceNow modules and custom applications.

  4. Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, administration, patching, and upgrades.

  5. Work with stakeholders to recommend best practices across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, PPM, and other ServiceNow suites.

  6. Lead POC/POV initiatives, product evaluations, and tech refresh activities.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 6-8 years of IT experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation and support.

  • ServiceNow System Administrator and Application Developer certifications (plus at least two additional implementation certifications).

  • 5+ years as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant with end-to-end implementation experience.

  • 3+ years working with scoped applications and scripting modules (client scripts, business rules, workflows, Flow Designer, script includes, UI actions, UI pages, UI macros, etc.).

  • 2+ years of ServiceNow Service Portal & widget development (AngularJS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML).

  • Experience with at least two ServiceNow suites: ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, GRC, SecOps, App Engine.

  • Advanced scripting experience (JavaScript, Python, etc.).

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations using platform APIs and integration tools.
