Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Consultant to design, develop, implement, and support ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs and technology goals. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery and optimization of ServiceNow platforms and modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand operational and business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within ServiceNow.
- Advise on suitable tools and technology adoption based on business and technical considerations.
- Design, develop, configure, test, implement, and maintain ServiceNow modules and applications.
- Define integration strategies and ensure cohesive implementation across multiple technology components.
- Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, system administration, patching, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend best practices across ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), and Project & Portfolio Management (PPM).
- Lead Proof of Concept (POC) and Proof of Value (POV) initiatives, product evaluations, and technology refresh activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Experience in implementing or supporting modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or PPM.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate effectively, and provide end-to-end delivery support.
- ServiceNow certification(s) such as CSA, CAD, CIS are an added advantage.
