Configure, customize, and implement enterprise or commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications.
Act as a key liaison between business users, technical teams, and vendors.
Provide application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across development, testing, and production environments.
Conduct system integration, data migration, and application enhancements.
Support UAT activities, defect management, and production deployment.
Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, and user manuals.
Deliver end-user training and post-implementation support.
Ensure applications comply with security, performance, and governance standards.
Participate in change management, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience as an Application Consultant, Application Support Analyst, or similar role.
Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and business workflows.
Hands-on experience with application configuration, customization, and integration.
Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
Familiarity with application lifecycle management and SDLC methodologies.
Exposure to web-based and client-server applications.
Experience with application monitoring, logging, and incident management tools
