Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled FileNet Administrator to join our team for a prestigious client, Infosys, based in Singapore. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with IBM FileNet administration, installation, configuration, and support. You will be responsible for maintaining the health and performance of the FileNet platform and collaborating with infrastructure and application teams to support business-critical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

. Install, configure, and administer IBM FileNet P8 and related components (e.g., Content Engine, Process Engine, Workplace XT, ICN).

. Monitor and maintain FileNet servers to ensure high availability and performance.

. Perform regular backups, patching, upgrades, and system tuning.

. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FileNet services and integrations.

. Work closely with business users and developers for deployments and enhancements.

. Manage user access controls, security policies, and audit logs.

. Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and system diagrams.

. Support disaster recovery and failover testing scenarios.

. Collaborate with IBM support for ticket resolution and escalations.

Required Skills:

. Minimum 5+ years of experience in FileNet P8 Administration.

. Hands-on experience with ICM, ICN, WAS (WebSphere Application Server) and LDAP integration.

. Good understanding of content repositories, workflow management, and document lifecycle.

. Proficient in troubleshooting logs and performance bottlenecks.

. Experience with Linux/Unix environments and scripting is a plus.

. Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

. IBM FileNet certifications are a plus.

. Experience working with Infosys or in BFSI/Enterprise domains preferred
