Application Assistant (Fragrance)

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate application samples for trials and submissions across categories (Fine Fragrance, Personal Care, Home Care, etc.).
• Operate lab equipment (e.g., bar soap machine).
• Manage proper records of application inventory (application bases, apparatus, equipment).
• Maintain good laboratory practices and proper housekeeping of the application laboratory.
• Maintain the Fragrance Library and Market Samples, including records.
• Assist in fragrance evaluation preparation.
• Other ad-hoc duties as requested by management.

Requirements

• Nitec / Higher Nitec in Science, Chemical Process Technology, or related field
• Basic knowledge in fragrance application preferred.
• Prior knowledge of application base formulation principles will be an advantage.
• Interest in the fragrance industry.
• Fresh graduates are welcome, training will be provided.
